The Competition is open to all people aged 18 or over, other than employees of BT and Samsung (the Promoter), or any company within the same group of companies as the Promoter, their families or its agencies. Only one entry per person.  

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries (including an entrant's identity and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process. 
The prizes are as follows for the winning nominated business: 
- 1x Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra SIM Free device 
 
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control. 

Entries must be made by commenting on the competition post, stating how the Galaxy AI features will help their business. Entrants must also follow BT Business on Instagram. All steps must be completed to have a valid entry.  

The entry may not contain libellous, sexually explicit, disparaging or other inappropriate content. No entry may contain unlawful, obscene or objectionable material. 

BT also reserves the right at any time during the competition to remove or disqualify any entry when it believes in its sole discretion that the entrant has: infringed any third party's copyright; does not comply with these Terms and Conditions; or failed to obtain the necessary consents as set out in these terms and conditions. 

By entering this competition, entrants agree that the Promoter may showcase their entries on the Promoter's website and any other media in connection with the Competition and use their names, likenesses, photographs and/or biographical information (as it appears on Instagram) and entries for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes without additional compensation. 

The entrant agrees that the Promoter shall not be liable for any claims, costs, liabilities, damages, expenses and losses arising out of: the Promoter’s use of the entrant's entry; the entrant's participation in the Competition; technical failures of any kind including but not limited to problems or delays arising from software or equipment malfunctions or computer viruses; and 

(i) any events outside the Promoter's reasonable control. Nothing in this clause shall be construed to exclude or limit the Promoter's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any other liability which by law cannot be excluded or limited. 

The competition starts from 00:01 on Wednesday 10th July 2024  to 23:59pm  Monday 15th July 2024.  
The winners will be drawn at random on Tuesday 16th July 2024.  Winners will be notified by direct message via BT’s official Instagram social accounts on or before Friday 19th July 2024. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter may pass on winners’ contact details to a third party provider to arrange fulfilment of the prize who will provide further details about the prize 
The winners will be required to provide their full name, phone number and postal address via Direct Message to claim the prize. 

Winners will have 24 hours to respond and claim the prize. If not, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be chosen. 

By accepting the prize, the winners agree to participate in unpaid post-win publicity arranged by the Promoter, including being photographed and the photos being used on the Promoter’s social media channels, and/or other marketing materials.  

A list of prize winners (name and county only) will be available after 30th August 2024 by writing to: BT Business Samsung Prize Draw, BT PLC, One Braham St, London E1 8EE. The prices winners’ names (name and county) will be available on request by sending a SAE to the promoter’s address and specifying which prize draw you are enquiring about. If you do not wish for your information to be published or made available or would like the amount of information published or made available reduced, please advise us when you are contacted about your winning entry.  

Entrants’ personal details will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy which can be found here  https://www.bt.com/privacy-policy/]No cash alternative will be offered and prizes are non-transferable. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize. The prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services.  

Submitting an entry to this Competition is deemed to be acceptance by the entrants of these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute an alternative prize of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to vary, amend or withdraw this prize draw on reasonable notice. Please remember that the Promoter can, at its discretion, withdraw the prize or the winner if, in the Promoter's reasonable opinion, it is deemed necessary or if circumstances arise outside of the Promoter's control. 

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by the winners or their guests in entering this competition or accepting the prize, except in the case of death or personal injury caused by the acts or omissions of us or our employees.
